Join us for a clear examination of the Act’s current guidelines for debt collectors, rights of consumers involved with debt collectors, and remedies for violations.

Since most lawyers and law firms do some debt collection work, no lawyer should be uninformed about this federal law and how it applies. Learn how attorneys, or anyone, who collect debts need to understand the FDCPA and Pennsylvania’s related law the Fair Credit Extension Uniformity Act, and federal law such as the Telephone Consumer Protection Act (TCPA).
