Civil and criminal cases both consider violations of people's rights and who is at fault; hear about criminal cases that are used in civil matters.

In Insurance Federation of Pennsylvania, Inc. v. Koken, 889 A.2d 550 (Pa. 2005), the court held that UIM claims do not necessarily have to be arbitrated, although the parties could still agree to do so. This is discussed in the Koken Update.

This course brings attention to some of the technologies available today that allow for the collection, evaluation and presentation of data related to vehicular collisions.
