About

In 2016, virtually unprecedented turnover occurred among the members of the Pennsylvania Supreme Court, as four new justices joined the seven-member Court. Now, over three years later, we look back on that change, as reflected in the Court’s decision-making.

Attendees will learn about the direction the Court has taken in the areas of civil, criminal, and other areas of law.

These developments may foretell where the Court is headed in its future decision-making.

Recorded live in September 2019.
