Content Attorney – Pennsylvania Bar Institute

PBI’s Content Attorneys are responsible for overseeing the substantive legal content of all PBI products, including the continuing legal education development process from inception to completion, on-demand courses, and publications.

Law degree and current attorney license are required.  4+ years in a legal office environment, and previous law clerk, research and legal writing experience is preferred.  Excellent organizational, communication, interpersonal, and project management skills.  We’re looking for a self-starter who can work independently and has an entrepreneurial spirit. Customer Service & Experience Manager – Pennsylvania Bar Institute

The Customer Service and Experience Manager is charged with ensuring PBI customers have a premium customer experience, and that all PBI employees interacting with our customers across all three offices are trained on best practices and have the most updated information. The Customer Service and Experience Manager interacts with PBI customers, oversees the Customer Service team (including Conference Center Receptionists and Registrars), provides cheerful help and answers questions regarding course inquiries, registrations and orders, offers phone and email customer support, and performs data processing.

At least 5 years work experience in an office environment or call center preferred. Prior managerial experience preferred. Previous non-profit, association, and or volunteer organization experience preferred. Some college or Associates degree, preferred. Requires excellent organizational, communication, and data-entry skills.  Must be detail-oriented, accurate, and able to manage multiple requests on a timely basis. Must possess strong customer service skills and have a pleasant phone manner. Ability to work independently.
