CLE Administrative Assistant
Scope of Work:
The Administrative Assistant provides hands on support in all aspects of the development, marketing and administration of continuing legal education seminars and seminar materials, CDs, DVDs and multi-media presentations. They will interface with all levels of PBI staff as well as with its volunteer speakers and content producers. The Assistant may be asked to travel to PBI seminars and provide all aspects of volunteer/faculty support.  Bachelor’s degree preferred and/or prior work experience in an office environment.  Experience in project management, marketing, adult education and/or prior experience with a non-profit, association or volunteer organization all helpful.  Applicants should submit their credentials along with salary requirements to rcarpenter@pbi.org .
