Attorney for Programs and Publications Scope of Work:

The Attorney for Programs and Publications will be responsible for developing new titles for print and electronic publication as well as a defined curriculum list of courses. They will also be responsible for supplements and new editions of specific PBI titles.  As part of the Program Development team, the Attorney for Programs and Publications will be working with Course planners and Faculty to develop educational content for delivery in all current methodologies to PBIs market.  They will also be developing the marketing and promotional plans for the published titles under their jurisdiction as well as for their courses.     They will be monitoring and maintaining familiarity with developments in all areas of legal practice as well as researching possible topics, suggesting educational formats, and developing program titles.  Some interstate travel is required.  This position is based in the Mechanicsburg headquarters location.  Applicants should submit their credentials along with salary requirements no later than October 15th to rcarpenter@pbi.org .

Program Attorney Scope of Work:

The Program Attorney will be responsible for the creation, implementation and evaluation of the continuing legal educational opportunities for delivery to PBIs market.  This involves working consultatively with Course Planners and Faculty to vet course content and printed material, marketing materials and delivery methodologies.  Program Attorneys monitor and maintain familiarity with developments in all areas of legal practice and to research past programs and courses provided by other providers nationwide.  The Program Attorney may also be asked to initiate new topics for programs. The Program Attorney will act as team lead along with supporting staff to oversee and manage all aspects of course content and delivery.  Strong project management skills are helpful.  Some interstate travel is required. This position will interface with all aspects of the organization; both internal and external.  This position is based in the Mechanicsburg headquarters location.  Applicants should submit their credentials along with salary requirements no later than October 15th to rcarpenter@pbi.org .
