Attorney for Programs and Publications Scope of Work:

The Attorney for Programs and Publications will be responsible for developing new titles for print and electronic publication as well as a defined curriculum list of courses. He or she will also be responsible for supplements and new editions of specific PBI titles.  As part of the program development team, the Attorney for Programs and Publications will be working with course planners and faculty to develop educational content for delivery in all current methodologies to PBI’s market.  The attorney will also be developing the marketing and promotional plans for published titles as well as for courses.    Responsibilities include monitoring and maintaining familiarity with developments in all areas of legal practice as well as researching possible topics, suggesting educational formats, and developing program titles.  Some intrastate travel is required. Program Attorney Scope of Work:

The Program Attorney will be responsible for the creation, implementation and evaluation of the continuing legal educational opportunities for delivery to PBI’s market.  This involves working consultatively with course planners and faculty to vet course content and printed material, marketing materials and delivery methodologies.  Program Attorneys monitor and maintain familiarity with developments in all areas of legal practice and research past programs and courses provided by other providers nationwide.  The Program Attorney may also be asked to initiate new topics for programs. He or she will act as team lead along with supporting staff to oversee and manage all aspects of course content and delivery.  Strong project management skills are helpful.  Some intrastate travel is required.
