COVID-19 Response Information

The health and safety of our customers, speakers, and staff is our top priority.

PBI has postponed live programming at our conference centers in Philadelphia, Pittsburgh, and Mechanicsburg through the end of May. Live and simulcast courses during that period have either been postponed or moved online for remote participation. A few have been cancelled.

For a list of postponed courses, click here.

If you are registered for a live or simulcast course between now and the end of May, we will be reaching out with new dates as soon as possible. We will issue full refunds if cancellations are necessary. It is our goal to ensure that all of our customers are able to access the content and credits they need in a way that is responsible and appropriate in the current situation.

As we work to reschedule the postponed live and simulcast courses that were scheduled between March 16 and the end of May, please be patient. The PBI staff is doing everything we can to meet the needs of our customers and partners safely and expediently.

Please be aware that our catalog of over 600 on-demand courses, available at 35% off through Aug. 31, continues to be available as a robust resource, and our goal is to provide additional live webinar programming as an alternative to in-person courses through the end of May. We are doing all we can to continue to serve our customers safely as we navigate unfamiliar circumstances.
