Will written materials be provided and how do I get them?
Written materials will be provided for Call-In CLE. They will be made
available via the Internet. If you sign up online the materials will be made
available from within your account on PBI’s Website. If you do not sign up
online, but have an email address, PBI will email you the materials prior to
the seminar.
I do not have an email address and am unable to access the Internet. How do I obtain the written materials?
If you are unable to access the Internet let us know when you sign up and we
will mail the materials to you. If you need the materials sent to you through
regular mail, you need to sign up at least one week prior to the program to be
certain to receive the materials before the seminar commences. You may sign up
later, and we will still mail you the materials but we cannot guarantee you
will have them prior to the seminar.
Are Call-In CLE seminars live or pre-recorded?
All Call-In and Webinar seminars are live.
How long before the seminar must I register?
If you register online you can register up to 15 minutes before the
seminar. If you register through phone, fax or mail you must register at
least one business day prior to the program.
Why do I have to register a full day before the seminar if I dont sign up online?
In order to attend a Call-In CLE program you will require a PIN code.
Signing up online generates an immediate PIN code. If you sign up via other
means PBI requires the time necessary to generate the code and also to send you
the materials via email. Please view the additional benefits of signing up
online below.
How do I prove I was on the phone?
Our telephone service providers can tell when you dial in and when you hang up. In addition, within 1 week of the program, you will be required to complete a form attesting to your attendance at the program. You will not receive credit until the form is completed.
How do I complete the attestation and evaluation form?
The attestation and evaluation form will be available from within your account at www.legalspan.com/pbi, within 24 hours of completion of the program. You will receive an email once the form is available. If you do not receive the email please check your account to check if the form is there. You must have listened to the entire program for the form to be available. If you listened to the entire program and the form is not available please email us at callincle@pbi.org.
The form must be completed within 1 week of the program. If you are unable to complete the form online, please email us at callincle@pbi.org and we will send you a form via email.
What is the cancellation policy?
The cancellation policy for Call-In CLE and Webinars is the same as for other live PBI programs. You must cancel at least 2 business days prior to the program and there is a $25 administrative fee.
Can more than one person listen in on a call?
The CLE rules require that only one person may receive credit per line
connected to a Call-In seminar. Your colleagues are welcome to listen in to the
call, but only the individual who signed up for the program can receive credit.
If others in your firm wish to receive credit they will need to sign up
individually and call in on a separate phone.
Can I use a coupon for telephone seminars?
Sorry, coupons and discounts do not apply to telephone seminars.
Can I ask questions of the faculty?
Yes, you will have an opportunity to ask questions at the end of each
seminar. You press a key on your phone to be entered into the queue to ask
questions.
What if time runs out before I have an opportunity to ask my question?
You may email your question to callincle@pbi.org
and we will forward it to the faculty member.

I am uncomfortable providing my credit card information online.
Please be assured that PBI’s Website takes advantage of encryption to secure
your credit card information. In addition, the Website does not retain

How do I know my credit card information is encrypted?
Once you are at the screen where you need to enter the credit card

the credit card processing for PBI’s Website, and it also provides the
encryption and security for your credit card information. Please view
