Make PBI's Home Page Your Home Page!


Did you know you don't have to start with your web browser's default home page? You can set your browser to open PBI's home page every time you go on the web. From there, our web links will enable you to quickly check the legal news for the latest developments, conduct research at the legal sites, and search the web for any site you need, as well as checking on the latest books, seminars, and news from PBI.

Here's How To Do It:

If You're Using Netscape Navigator 3.0

  1. From the Options menu, choose General Preferences
  2. In the Home Page Location field type : http://www.pbi.org/
  3. Click OK to save your changes

If You're Using Netscape Communicator 4.0

  1. From the Edit menu, choose Preferences
  2. From the Category list (on the left), choose Navigator
  3. In the Home Page Location field type : http://www.pbi.org/
  4. Click OK to save your changes

If You're Using Microsoft's Internet Explorer 3.0

  1. Go to PBI's home page (http://www.pbi.org).
  2. Pull down the Edit menu to Options.
  3. From the list on the left side of the Options screen, choose Home/Search Page. This screen will show your current home page address above a Change Address box.
  4. In the Change Address box, click Use Current.

If You're Using Microsoft's Internet Explorer 4.0

  1. Go to PBI's home page (http://www.pbi.org).
  2. Pull down the View menu to Internet Options.
  3. Click on the General tab.
  4. In the Home page area, click Use Current.
