By order dated November 13, 2015, the Pennsylvania Supreme Court has authorized the electronic filing, transmission and remand of records on appeal through the PACFile appellate court electronic filing system. After further experience is gained, the Rules of Appellate Procedure will be amended as necessary to provide for procedures relating specifically to e-filing. In the interim, electronic filing, transmission and remand of records on appeal shall be governed by the Court’s order, which is effective immediately.
