Supreme Court Amends Rule on Reimbursement of Counsel Fees Incurred by Judicial Officers

The Pennsylvania Supreme Court has announced new standards and procedures for determining whether a judge may be reimbursed for attorney’s fees incurred in connection with a criminal or disciplinary matter.

Supreme Court Adopts New Rules Governing Magisterial District Judges

The Pennsylvania Supreme Court has rescinded Rules 16-22 and 81 of the Rules Governing Standards of Conduct of Magisterial District Judges and adopted new Rules of Judicial Administration 601-607.
