This program covers the process from creating a timeline, the grant of letters, determining beneficiaries and the administrative steps to be taken.
We will discuss estate assets, debts of the estate and payment of creditors. We will arm you with information for any issues that may arise such as ancillary probate, divorce, disabled and minor beneficiaries and wrongful death and survival action litigation. We will explore all the steps involved in closing the estate such as the formal accounting and petition for allowance, receipts and releases and distributions.
The materials include hypotheticals and sample forms and agreements.
