The Family Law Institute has become an annual tradition

This year’s Institute will provide the latest practical information and practice hints available. Although we are meeting in a virtual setting, the content will be as informative and useful as you have come to expect.

Whether you are a ‘veteran” of family law, just beginning your practice, or somewhere in between, you are sure to benefit from the knowledge and experience of each faculty member.

Topics Include:

Creative Use of Retirement Benefits
Ripple Effects of Tax Cuts and Jobs Act of 2017, CARES Act of 2020 and Beyond
Case Law Updates
