Social media has invaded our lives, changed our brains and affected our relationships. If we are not posting or lurking, we are discussing what other people have posted. Jurors are the same as everyone else—their world has been vastly changed by their phones. So how do we get them to pay attention for more than two minutes? How can we tailor our presentations to ensure that our message is heard? This session explores those questions.
