    Ripple Effects of Tax Cuts and Jobs Act of 2017, CARES Act of 2020 and Beyond 

Delve into the effects of the Tax Cuts and Jobs Act of 2017, the newly implemented CARES Act of 2020 and any further legislation in response to the economic impact of COVID-19.  This panel of tax experts will provide you with the ramifications on income calculations, asset valuation and division and discovery from the biggest tax and economic stimulus bills to come out of Congress this century.

    Mistakes, Mishaps & Malpractice: Ethical Anecdotes and Cautionary Tales for the Modern Family Lawyer

An engaging multimedia presentation and panel discussion exploring the lessons we can learn from lawyers portrayed in the media and popular culture and how their experiences apply to our practice. Topics for discussions include: common mistakes, best practices, professionalism and public relations.

    Practicing in a Pandemic: the Aftermath, Lessons Learned and a Look into the Future 

The Covid-19 Crisis has caused massive disruption in the practice of law. Join this panel for a discussion of the impact the pandemic had on the economy, individual practices and the courts. The panel will discuss what we did right and how we can better prepare for the next crisis for ourselves and our clients.
