Join Judges of Pennsylvania’s three appellate courts, Supreme Court Justice Christine Donohue, Superior Court Judge Carolyn Nichols and Commonwealth Court Judge Michael Wojcik, as they describe the methods their courts use for virtual/distance arguments and offer suggestions for advocacy using those methods while discussing the advantages and disadvantages for the court and for advocates of the methods and opine on the success or failure of the methods employed. Moderator Jill Lipman Beck, Appellate Advocacy Committee Treasurer, will facilitate the discussion.
