About

This program is designed to help litigators sort out what is real and what is "bull" so that they can achieve better outcomes in settlement and at trial. We will discuss how understanding jury psychology can influence trial themes and persuasion techniques to use; how to get more out of jury selection; and how to use strategic visuals to persuade your jury (and judges).  Features will be discussions of how jurors view "the truth;" new techniques to study jurors; ways to use social media to get a better jury; most commonly juror-requested graphics.  Audience interaction, interactive quizzes and jury clips will be utilized in this informative and entertaining session.

Recorded in August 2020.
