About

Attend for an up-to-the-minute review of recent developments in administrative law at both the federal and state level. The speakers will place particular emphasis on the potential impact of these developments on the practice of environmental law in Pennsylvania. Topics will include a survey of recent decisions addressing and defining the limits of agency discretion and the circumstances under which agency action can be compelled by a court, and updates on judicial deference to agency legal interpretation post Kisor and pending Crown Castle, as well as new appellate rules and other interesting decisions.

Recorded at Day One of the Environmental Law Institute in July 2020.
