This session will provide discussion on why diversity in the practice of law is important and beneficial to our success in the representation of clients and their interests.  We will take a look at the impact of biases and how that may contribute to the lack of diversity.  Finally, suggestions will be offered on how to achieve diversity in our respective spaces in the legal profession.
