This 2.5 hour program features Judges, parenting coordinators, attorneys, and mental health professionals and offers 2.5 of 10 continuing education requirements required for PCs in each two-year period after the initial appointment under Pa.R.C.P. 1915.11-1(b)(1)(ii), including one hour on domestic violence. This program is cosponsored by the Pennsylvania Psychological Association and the Pennsylvania Bar Institute. The Pennsylvania Psychological Association (PPA) is approved by the American Psychological Association to sponsor continuing education for psychologists. The PPA maintains responsibility for the program and its content. The PPA is an approved provider for Act 48 Continuing Professional Education Requirements as mandated by the Pennsylvania Department of Education.
