Limited Liability Companies have become the entity of choice for businesses of all types and sizes: they provide the benefits of limited liability protection, operational flexibility, and pass through taxation.

When asked to help with forming and operating these ventures, do you know what to do? Help is here.

Members of the Title 15 Task Force that drafted the legislation governing LLCs, LPs, and GPs and created the model LLC forms that are being used by lawyers throughout the state reunite to walk you through the advantages and disadvantages of organizing a business as an LLC.
