The PBA Civil & Equal Rights Committee (CERC) and PBI are presenting a half day CLE entitled: "Pennsylvania Elections 2.0: What Did We Learn and Where Do We Go From Here?" This CLE is a follow-up on the September 2020 CLE panel "Changes to Voting Laws - The Ins and Outs of Act 77 of 2019." The panels will be for one hour and will include a period for questions and answers. We are doing three panels. The first will cover the General Election and the issues that arose from the point of view of the Department of State, the counties, and the voters. The second panel will cover the state and federal lawsuits that arose from the election. The third panel will be on the legislation that is being proposed as a result of the issues raised by the 2020 General Election.
Co-sponsored with the PBA Civil & Equal Rights Committee (CERC).
All attendees will receive the course book as a digital download. A printed copy of the course book is available, at a discount to attendees, for $40. If you wish to purchase the printed version of the course book, please call PBI Customer Service at 800-932-4637.
