The pandemic has clearly caused all of us (even those resistant to technology) to recognize that the practice of law has joined the 21st century and that the use of remote technology, while necessary over the past few months, is likely here to stay and will be a prominent feature in our practices moving forward. However, this raises a number of ethical considerations. This program is intended to explore the practice of law in a remote world while balancing ethical responsibilities.
Recorded at the PBA Family Law Section Winter Meeting in January 2021.
