The esteemed panel will examine why it is important to seek many different perspectives, ideas, and insights and the critical importance of inclusive leadership in fostering diverse, equitable, and inclusive teams for the most effective outcomes by exploring:
- The societal aspect based on the legal profession’s role as political and business leaders and the ability of a broadly inclusive profession to create greater trust in the rule of law.
- The moral and ethical bases for inclusion to ensure equitable delivery of legal services and access to opportunity.
- The statistical basis that inclusion improves outcome-based, intelligent decision-making.
- The economic case for inclusion that is generally driven by the client side of the profession.
