This program will describe the Pennsylvania and Philadelphia realty transfer taxes - the bright line rules and nuances.

This program should be of particular interest to real estate lawyers, trust and estates lawyers, and all lawyers who advise clients in real estate transactions.  

The presenters will describe the law, planning opportunities, types of transactions that the taxing authorities are focusing on including transfers of real estate to trusts (about which there are dozens and dozens of administrative cases), real estate company transactions, valuation issues, leasing transactions, and other matters of interest.
