Living wills authorize doctors to provide specified types of life-sustaining treatment for patients who are no longer able to communicate their preferences. In addition to executing a Living Will, a principal may direct life-sustaining treatments
through execution of a POLST (Physician Orders for Life Sustaining Treatment). 

This session delves into the drafting and execution of these documents, providing key pointers to ensure your clients’ wishes are properly communicated and carried out. Sample documents are included.
