The COVID-19 pandemic triggered an immediate and  emergent need for attorneys to transition their entire  work force to working remotely. In this session we will discuss this “new normal” for attorneys, including a discussion of ethical obligations of remote legal  representation considering the duties of competence,  confidentiality, and supervision.
