PBI continues its annual focus on contracts by addressing the cutting edge developments in law that affect both contract drafting and enforcement. While much of the technology is new, contracts continue to play a key role in almost every area of law. While the basic principles remain the same, the needs, practice, and parlance vary according to industry and/or area of law. This advanced program will feature plenary sessions that will present and review the all-important basics and sessions that will delve into six specific types of contracts.
