In 2023, we may see a substantial increase in trade secret litigation due to the non-compete bans which the FTC and Congress have just proposed and the challenges of using alternative methods for IP protection of AI. Diane Siegel Danoff, the chair of the Trade Secret Litigation practice at Dechert LLP, will discuss those issues and other developments in the law of trade secrets within the last year.
