Every year at the traditional time for back-to-school, workers’ compensation practitioners and judges gather in Hershey for the Fall Section Meeting of the Pennsylvania Bar Association’s Workers’ Compensation Law Section. Since its inception in 1985, the Fall Section Meeting has evolved into the one annual statewide “must” event for Pennsylvania Workers’ Compensation counsel and judges, offering the opportunity to explore the hottest issues in depth, as well as to exchange ideas and experiences informally with colleagues from across the state. Some have called it our own “bench bar conference.”
This companion volume provides updates and analysis of some of the key issues facing Workers' Compensation practitioners in Pennsylvania
