Pennsylvania Act 122 became effective January 2, 2023, resulting in several amendments to Pennsylvania’s Title 15 (Corporations and Unincorporated Associations). In a significant change for the Commonwealth, Act 122 requires entities organized under Pennsylvania law to file a report confirming their continued existence each year, instead of every 10 years. Failure to comply could result in administrative dissolution, termination. and/or cancellation.
