Alyssa Bruno Esq.
Ms. Bruno is the founder of A. Bruno Law, an intellectual property and business law firm located in Easton, PA. Ms. Bruno represents artists, fashion designers, startups, and creative entrepreneurs. She has a particular affinity for representing independent creators in copyright and trademark infringement actions because she believes it’s imperative for every creator to profit from all commercial uses of their work. In addition to her litigation practice, Ms. Bruno advises clients on licensing deals, brand collaborations, and how to build a strong and legally protected brand in the marketplace. Ms. Bruno has served as a guest lecturer at the George Washington University Law School, the University of Southern California School of Law, and Drexel University School of Law.She attended Villanova University School of Law on a Full-Tuition Dean’s Merit Scholarship and co-founded the Villanova Fashion Law Society. Ms. Bruno actively maintains an Instagram account, @alyssabrunolaw, where she breaks down complex intellectual property issues into posts that can be enjoyed by the general public.
Stephen Doniger Esq.
Mr. Doniger is a founding partner at Doniger/Burroughs PC, a boutique intellectual property and business litigation firm with offices in Los Angeles and New York. He represents photographers, authors, fine artists and clients in marketing, fashion, entertainment, and hospitality industries, and has been designated a Southern California Super Lawyer for the years 2021-2023, an honor bestowed on only 5% of lawyers in his jurisdiction. He has taken over a dozen copyright and trademark cases to trial, prevailing in each that went to verdict, has secured numerous six and seven-figure awards for his clients, and has worked to obtain published opinions clarifying copyright law, most recently in Unicolors, Inc. v. H&M Hennes Mauritz, 142 S.Ct. 941 (2022). Mr. Doniger currently serves as counsel for American Photographic Artists, and works with the Coalition of Visual Artists to, inter alia, advance the rights of artists through the promotion of legislative and other avenues, including the submission of amicus briefs in important cases. He has been a featured speaker on intellectual property topics for CSUSA, the California Lawyers Association, APA, California Lawyers for the Arts, USC’s Law School and Marshall School of Business, the Art Institute, and many other groups. He has been featured and quoted in many other articles on intellectual property and business topics, and has been retained as an expert witness in copyright infringement prosecution.
