Samuel Goncz Esq.

Mr. Goncz is a shareholder in the Pittsburgh office of Dentons Cohen & Grigsby P.C. and is Co-Leader of its Trusts, Estates and Wealth Preservation National Practice Group. He represents individuals and families in the design and implementation of wealth transfer and business succession plans. Mr. Goncz also represents clients before the Internal Revenue Service, state taxing authorities, and the U.S. Tax Court in wealth transfer tax matters and represents individual and corporate fiduciaries in estate and trust administration matters. His articles have been published in Tax Management’s Estates, Gifts and Trusts Journal and The Monthly Digest of Tax Articles, as well as web-based professional publications, and he has authored chapters in Tax Management’s Tax Practice Series on “Small Business Stock” and “Start-Up Expenditures.” He has lectured for the Pennsylvania Bar Institute’s continuing legal education programs on estate planning, estate and trust administration, federal estate, gift and generation-skipping transfer taxation, Pennsylvania inheritance taxation, fiduciary income taxation, and ethics in estate planning. Mr. Goncz is a graduate of Grove City College and Washington and Lee University School of Law. He has an AV Preeminent rating from Martindale-Hubbell and has been listed in The Best Lawyers in America since 2008.

Nicole Phatak Esq.

Ms. Phatak is a member in the Pittsburgh office of Clark Hill where she assists clients in estate planning and estate administration matters and advises clients on individual and fiduciary income tax returns, as well as gift tax returns. She received her B.A. in political science from Pennsylvania State University and her J.D. from the University of Pittsburgh School of Law. She is a member of both the Pennsylvania and Allegheny County Bar Associations. She is a member of the Estate Planning Council of Pittsburgh, the Young Professional Advisors Committee of The Pittsburgh Foundation, the Executive Circle of the Children’s Hospital of Pittsburgh – Children’s Trust, and the Women’s Leadership Council of the United Way of Southwestern Pennsylvania. She was also recently published in The Legal Intelligencer.

Mary Corsetti Esq.

Ms. Corsetti is a member of Williams Coulson in Pittsburgh. Her practice focuses on estates, trusts, Orphans’ Court litigation, tax, business organizations, real estate and elder law. Before entering private practice, she served as a law clerk on the Superior Court. Ms. Corsetti has served as an adjunct faculty member of the Duquesne University John F. Donahue Graduate School of Business, where she taught a legal process course which included civil procedure, estates and trusts, and white collar crime. She is a Federal Arbitrator and Mediator, participated in Toastmasters International, and is a member of the National Academy of Elder Law Attorneys. As a guest on WPTT/WMNY, KQV and in other venues, she has spoken on a variety of estate and business law topics.
