Melissa Hensinger Esq.
Ms. Hensinger is an associate at Heckscher, Teillon, Terrill & Sager, P.C. in West Conshohocken, Pennsylvania, where she focuses her practice on trust and estate planning and administration, and litigation involving trusts, estates, guardianships, and other fiduciary matters. She earned her B.S., summa cum laude, from Kutztown University of Pennsylvania in 2012 and her J.D., cum laude, from Villanova University Charles Widger School of Law in 2016. Ms. Hensinger went on to earn a Masters of Law in Taxation from Villanova University Charles Widger School of Law in 2020. She was named a “Super Lawyer Rising Star” in Estate and Trust Litigation from 2019-2022. Ms. Hensinger was nominated for and graduated from the Mid-Atlantic Fellows Institute (“MAFI”) sponsored by the American College of Trust and Estate Counsel in 2023. MAFI is a six session education program designed to develop future leaders of the trust and estate practice. Prior to joining Heckscher, Teillon, Terrill & Sager, Ms. Hensinger was an associate at a boutique fiduciary litigation firm in King of Prussia, Pennsylvania and a trust officer at a large, international financial institution in Newark, Delaware.
Lauren Butterworth Esq.
Lauren is a solo practitioner from Berks County, where she practices in the area of special needs planning. She also serves as court-appointed counsel in both Berks and Montgomery counties. Lauren currently serves as the President of the Young Lawyers Division of the Berks County Bar Association and serves on the Board of the BCBA. Before entering private practice, Lauren was an elementary school teacher in the Reading area. Lauren resides in Lancaster county with her husband, two young children, and rescue dog.
