Overview

Three Critical Topics. One Practical Program.

This 3-hour program brings together three timely and highly practical sessions designed to address distinct—but equally important—areas of legal practice. Rather than focusing on a single theme, this program offers a curated mix of topics to broaden your knowledge and sharpen your skills across multiple disciplines.

Attendees will explore the fundamentals of filming location agreements, gain insight into Pennsylvania’s unique real estate and title insurance landscape, and examine key post-completion considerations in construction projects. Each session delivers targeted, actionable guidance led by experienced practitioners, providing valuable takeaways you can immediately apply in your practice.

Whether you’re looking to expand your expertise or stay current across a range of issues, this program offers a flexible and engaging learning opportunity with something for everyone.
