Lynn Cohen Esq.
“Lynn” focuses her practice in the areas of civil litigation with an emphasis in business and commercial law, commercial collections, estate planning, elder law, real estate and personal injury. She has extensive litigation experience. Following graduation from law school, Lynn embarked on a career as a trial attorney, both in plaintiff’s private practice and as senior litigation counsel to an insurance company. Ms. Cohen has represented clients in courts in virtually every county in New Jersey and has argued cases in the Superior Court of New Jersey Appellate Division. In addition, she has litigated matters in Philadelphia and the surrounding counties. Ms. Cohen taught business law at Rowan University and Burlington County Community College as an adjunct professor. She is an active member of her southern New Jersey community. Ms. Cohen graduated from Rutgers University-Rutgers College in 1989. She earned her law degree from Rutgers School of Law – Camden in 1992. She enjoys traveling to Europe, hiking in the mountains and exploring national parks.

Throughout his career as a financial advisor, Joe has been making a significant difference in people’s lives. As a CERTIFIED FINANCIAL PLANNER practitioner, he strives to help his clients achieve their financial objectives – prudently and thoughtfully – through a long-term relationship based on trusted and knowledgeable advice. “For over 30 years, I have been helping my clients make wiser, more aligned comprehensive financial decisions so they can reach their various goals and increase the quality of their lives.” For the past 25 years, Joe has been the local provider of the Ameriprise Financial Wellness program. Over the years, he has developed programs and helped financially stimulate, educate, motivate, and give advice to employees with companies such as McDal Corporation, Worldwide Jet Charter, Dow Jones, Schlumberger, SmithKline Beecham, Colonial Penn, CNA Insurance, Keystone Foods, Hill International, Comverse Network Systems, Raritan Engineering, CoreStates Bank, IBM, CHOP, Raritan Bay Medical Centers, and Christ Hospital, as well as members of associations and organizations. Joe has his Bachelor of Science in Finance and Accounting from Rider University, CFP® (Certified Financial Planner practitioner), CFS® (Certified Fund Specialist), and is a registered investment advisor (RIA) of Ameriprise Financial. For the past 5 years, he also has been continuously selected as an elite NFLPA Registered Player Financial Advisor. Through his tenure, Joe has been numerously awarded Advanced Advisor Group status, Presidents Recognition award, and Million Dollar Roundtable. Joe is involved in and volunteers much of his time to multiple organizations including Financial Planning Association, Society for Financial Service Professionals, Estate and Financial Planning Council of Southern New Jersey, Burlington County Regional Chamber of Commerce, Greater Philadelphia Hispanic Chamber of Commerce, Moorestown Business Association, Society of Human Resource Management, Tri-State Human Resource Management, Human Resource Association of Southern New Jersey, Princeton Human Resource Association, NFLPA – NFL Players Association, NFLA – NFL Alumni Association. A lifelong resident of Burlington County, New Jersey, Joe was born in Trenton, grew up in Willingboro, and now resides in Southampton. When Joe is not helping his clients or volunteering, he loves spending his time with his wife, Myka and his children, Tyler, 27, and Morgan, 24. He also enjoys watching soccer, football, and visiting microbreweries. Joe is also an enthusiastic member of the Bucks County Blues Society.
Samuel Fineman Esq.
With more than 25 years of legal experience behind him, “Sam” is a multi-faceted attorney who is at home in the worlds of litigation, corporate law, estate planning, elder law and internet law, among others. Mid-career, Sam predicted the baby boomers’ demand for elder law and estate planning services and dutifully trekked back to school to acquire his LLM in taxation and certificate in estate planning from Temple Law to better serve the ever-expanding elder-law population. Since then he has not looked back and thoroughly enjoys the satisfaction in serving his clients while helping them age gracefully, independently, and safely. A former legal journalist (for ALM publications and law.com) and writer, Sam holds a B.A. in English from Cornell University and a J.D. from Widener Law. When he’s not championing his clients’ interests, Sam teaches Estates/Trusts and Civil Procedure for paralegals at Rowan College at Burlington County.
