Overview

All good things must come to an end. This session examines how to avoid the stress and aggravation when it comes time to wrap up a nonprofit organization. The discussion addresses the relevant law governing nonprofits and he procedures for dissolution. This session looks at voluntary dissolution, involuntary dissolution, the Attorney General’s role, and more.

Ms. McCann is a member at Block & Associates, LLC, a small, women-owned law firm that is attuned to the needs of other female business owners.
