- ProPass is for a term of 12 months from the date of purchase, and will auto-renew with subsequent 12-month terms until or unless user opts out of auto-renew. For instructions on opting out of auto-renewal, please visit our Knowledge Base.
- The ProPass subscription is for individual use only; we require one customer per subscription.
- ProPasses are non-transferable.
- The ProPass subscription cannot be applied retroactively to past purchases.
