This two-day, in-person Elder Law Conference brings together leading practitioners and subject-matter experts to explore the legal, financial, and practical challenges facing older adults and the professionals who serve them. Designed for attorneys at all stages of practice, the program delivers timely updates, strategic insights, and practice-ready guidance across the full spectrum of elder law. Sessions will examine long-term care planning, Medicaid eligibility and benefits, Medicare updates and appeals, estate and incapacity planning, guardianship and alternatives, ethical issues, and emerging trends impacting aging clients and their families. Through substantive presentations, case studies, and interactive discussions, attendees will gain tools to better advise clients, manage risk, and adapt their practices to a rapidly evolving legal and regulatory landscape. The conference also provides valuable opportunities for in-person networking and collaboration with colleagues who share a commitment to serving older adults with competence, compassion, and professionalism.

Samantha K. Wolfe, Esq., LLM

Samantha Wolfe is the founder and owner of The Law Offices of Samantha K. Wolfe, LLC in Waynesboro, PA established in July 2020. Her areas of concentration are estate planning, asset protection planning, long-term care pre-planning, Medicaid planning (nursing home planning), special needs planning, business succession planning, federal estate and gift taxation planning, oil and gas lease planning, and estate administration and probate. Samantha has a “Superb” AVVO Rating for attorneys and was named a Super Lawyers Rising Star in 2022. Samantha graduated in 2004 from Penn State University with a B.A. in journalism and a minor in nutrition. In 2008, she earned her juris doctor from Regent University School of law. While attending law school, Samantha was a managing editor for the Regent Journal of International Law and a student volunteer for the Volunteer Income Tax Assistance Program. After graduating from law school, she attended Southern Methodist University Dedman School of Law and earned her LL.M. in Taxation. Samantha joined Steinbacher, Goodall & Yurchak in Williamsport, Pennsylvania in 2010. From 2010 until September 2017, she was the head of the wealth protection planning department of Steinbacher, Goodall & Yurchak. Despite loving her job in Williamsport, Pennsylvania, Samantha wanted to be closer to her family, so in October 2017, she returned to Franklin County to practice at Maxwell Sipe law Offices, LLC. Samantha had interned for Tucker Maxwell for two summers during law school. When Maxwell Sipe Law Offices, LLC dissolved, Samantha began practicing as a solo practitioner and created The Law Offices of Samantha K. Wolfe in July 2020. Samantha has presented continuing education instruction for multiple programs through the Pennsylvania Bar Institute including a program titled A Fresh look at FLPs regarding the use of family limited partnerships in business succession planning; a program titled What Every Elder Law Attorney Needs to Know About FLPs addressing whether family limited partnerships are the best planning technique to use when dealing with elder law issues; a program titled Estate Planning for Oil, Gas, and Mineral Interests highlighting the unique situations for individuals who own oil and gas interests; a program titled Succession Planning for Your Elder Law Client’s Family-Owned Business addressing how to transition a family-owned business when an owner needs nursing home care; a program titled Asset Protection for the Middle-Class addressing asset protection planning strategies for those families with a net worth between $500,000 and $5,000,000; a program titled Your Guide to Elder Law addressing the legal concerns that need to be handled if someone needs long-term care including the important legal documents that must be in place; a program titled Your Pennsylvania Trust Guide reviewing the recent changes in Pennsylvania law related to trust and estates; a program tilted Post-SECURE addressing the changes the SECURE Act had on retirement planning; and a program titled IRA Basics addressing the important legal components of the SECURE Act. Samantha, joined by eighteen other leading elder care attorneys from across the nation, coauthored Protect Your Legacy! What You Really Need to Know for the Second Half of Life. She was a co-author of the Fourth and Fifth Editions of the Pennsylvania Trust Guide published by George T. Bisel Co, Inc., as well as a co-author of the 2016, 2017, 2018, 2020, 2021, and 2022 annual supplements for the Pennsylvania Trust Guide. Samantha is a member of the Pennsylvania Bar Association, the Lycoming Law Association, the Franklin County Bar Association, National Academy of Elder Law Attorneys (NAELA), and the Pennsylvania chapter of Elder Law Attorneys (PAHA). She is also admitted to practice law before the United States Supreme Court. Samantha is also licensed to practice law in Maryland.

Joanne Shallcross, JD

Joanne Shallcross is a senior lead special needs trust advisor and an executive director with Wells Fargo Bank Wealth & Investment Management located in Pennsylvania. She covers Pennsylvania, Delaware, Washington DC, Maryland, Northern Virginia, New Jersey and Ohio. With more than 15 years of fiduciary trust experience, Joanne works directly with individuals living with diverse abilities along with their family, support system, and other advisors. She is part of a relationship team that works with clients who are the beneficiaries of First Party Special Needs Trusts (SNTs), Third Party SNTs, and Settlement Protection Trusts. Joanne assists clients in coordinating services and resources to help improve their quality of life and their long-term financial security in the future and for their own future incapacity. She facilitates conversations with investment advisors to help align investment objectives with the client’s short and long-term needs. Prior to joining Wells Fargo Bank, Joanne worked in the financial services industry focused on Settlement Trusts, Special Needs Trusts (SNTs) and Special Needs Planning. Joanne earned her Juris Doctor degree from the Widener University School of Law (currently not practicing) and her Master of Science in Nursing from the University of Pennsylvania. She also earned a Bachelor of Science in Nursing from the University of Pittsburgh. Joanne enjoys the opportunity to speak and participate in educational seminars focused on planning topics for those with diverse abilities. She serves on the Board of Children and Adult Disability & Education Services (CADES) a non-profit dedicated to improving the lives of individuals with intellectual and physical differences.

Eric Krupa, Esq.

Eric Krupa is a supervising attorney at the Center for Medicare Advocacy, which is a national, non-profit, law organization that works to advance access to comprehensive Medicare coverage, health equity, and quality health care for older people and people with disabilities. Eric oversees the Center’s direct client services practice in Connecticut and works to ensure that the Center is a dependable source of information, advocacy, and representation for individual Medicare beneficiaries who are experiencing barriers to accessing their full Medicare benefits. Eric graduated from Hunter College and Notre Dame Law School. He is licensed to practice law in Connecticut and Maine.

Howard Krooks, Esq., CELA

With over 30 years of legal experience, Howard’s practice is comprehensive, covering estate planning, wills and trusts, elder law, special needs planning, planning for disability, asset protection planning, Medicaid planning, trust and estate administration (probate), fiduciary litigation, guardianship and health care/financial planning with advance directives. Howard’s commitment to excellence and deep understanding of complex legal issues are the cornerstones of his practice, guiding clients through critical life decisions and securing their futures with unwavering confidence.
Howard is certified as an elder law attorney by the National Elder Law Foundation and a past chair of the Florida Bar Elder Law Section. He currently serves on the board of trustees of the National Academy of Elder Law Attorneys (NAELA) Foundation. Howard received the 2006 Outstanding Achievement Award from the New York Chapter of NAELA for serving as co-chair of a Special Committee on Medicaid Legislation formed by the NYSBA Elder Law Section to oppose New York Governor George Pataki’s budget bills containing numerous restrictive Medicaid eligibility provisions that, if enacted, would severely impact the frail elderly and disabled populations. He was named Member of the Year in 2010 by the Florida Bar Elder Law Section for his work in obtaining Medicaid approval for the use of promissory notes in Medicaid planning in Florida. He was also recognized for serving as co-chair of the NYSBA Elder Law Section Compact Working Group, which received national attention for developing alternative methods of financing long-term care. Additionally, Howard served as chair of a special committee created by the NYSBA Elder Law Section to address the Statewide Commission on Fiduciary Appointments formed by Chief Justice Judith Kaye. Howard received an award for spearheading the effort on behalf of NAELA seeking the enactment of the Special Needs Trust Fairness Act, which was signed into law by President Obama on December 13, 2016. Howard has consistently been selected as a Florida Super Lawyer and a New York Super Lawyer, named to Florida Trend’s Legal Elite, a Top 25 Westchester County Attorney, and is AV Preeminent rated by Martindale-Hubbell. Howard is a frequent lecturer and has addressed many organizations, including Barron’s, NAELA, Stetson Special Needs Conference, ALI-ABA, WealthCounsel, ElderCounsel, the National Guardianship Association, The Academy of Florida Elder Law Attorneys, The Pennsylvania Association of Elder Law Attorneys, various bar associations and attorney organizations, estate planning organizations, Berkeley College, the United Federation of Teachers, the New York State United Teachers, and the New York State Civil Service Employees’ Association. He has been quoted in The Wall Street Journal, The New York Times, Kiplinger’s, USA Today, The New York Post, Newsday, The Journal News, and the Boca Raton News. Howard has appeared on PBS, the CBS Early Morning Show, and local elder law-focused television programs. Howard has written extensively on the topic of elder law, including “Creative Advocacy in Guardianship Settings: Medicaid and Estate Planning Including Transfer of Assets, Supplemental Needs Trusts and Protection of Disabled Family Members,” included in Guardianship Practice in New York State and “Long-Term Care Insurance in New York,” included in Estate Planning and Will Drafting in New York, both published by the New York State Bar Association.
Howard is a founding principal of ElderCounsel LLC (which has since merged with WealthCounsel), the premier elder law and special needs planning document drafting software for attorneys. Howard earned his bachelor’s degree in accounting from SUNY Albany and his law degree from the University of Pennsylvania Law School.

Carol Cornelison, Esq.

Carol L. Cornelison, Esquire is the founding partner of Cornelison Family Law, LLC located in Blue Bell, Pennsylvania. She has over 20 years of experience specializing in family law in the Philadelphia five-county area. Additionally, she routinely handles guardianship matters in the Montgomery County Orphans’ Court both as legal counsel and in the role of guardian ad litem. Carol obtained her bachelor’s degree from The George Washington University in 1998 and her Juris Doctor Degree from Widener University School of Law in 2001. Latisha Bernard Schuenemann, Esq.

Latisha Bernard Schuenemann is a partner at Barley Snyder, LLP in Reading, Pennsylvania, where she is a trusted advisor in the firm’s Trusts & Estates and Business practice groups. With a deep commitment to serving individuals and families, Latisha’s practice focuses on estate planning, estate and trust administration, special needs planning, and elder law – including strategies for preserving public benefits, coordinating complex settlements, and navigating long-term care considerations. Richard D. Magee, Jr., Esq.

Mr. Magee is a sole practitioner in Jamison, Pennsylvania. His practice emphasizes guardianship matters and includes estates and estate planning. He has represented individuals and institutions seeking emergency and permanent guardianship appointments in Bucks, Montgomery, Chester, Delaware, Philadelphia, and Franklin counties. He has served as a guardian and court-appointed counsel for alleged incapacitated persons in Bucks and Montgomery counties. Mr. Magee is a National Certified Guardian as certified by the Center for Guardianship Certification. He received his B.A. from Oberlin College in 1980 and J.D. from Duke University School of Law in 1983. He is a member of the Pennsylvania and Bucks County Bar Associations.

David Shallcross

In 2008 David joined the ranks of the Office of Attorney General as a Community Liaison in the Public Protection Division’s Elder Abuse Unit, He was later promoted to Senior Community Liaison and Coordinator of the Elder Abuse Unit and in 2017 he was appointed as the Acting Director of Education and Outreach. Currently he is the Director of the Senior Protection Unit under the Office of Public Engagement and is the Attorney Generals’ designee on the PA Supreme Court’s Elder Justice Advisory Council. During his time with the AG, David has conducted over a thousand educational presentations and trainings to include; educating Common Pleas Court Judges and District Magisterial Judges on Elder Financial Exploitation; hosted statewide law enforcement investigators training on crimes against the elderly; provided an educational program and testimony before the Pennsylvania House of Representatives Aging and Older Adult Services Committee; as well as appearing as a panelist for the State Senate Democratic Policy Committee’s Safety & Wellness for PA’s Senior Citizens Roundtable; PA State Police Municipal Police Officer’s Education and Training Commission Advisory Panel on Elder Abuse and Financial Exploitation Course Development Committee, DOJ U.S. Attorney’s Office-Eastern District Elder Justice Abuse Roundtable, Montgomery County Elder Justice Roundtable, PA Department of Aging Financial Exploitation Enrichment Training Team and has partnered with AARP of Pennsylvania. Mr. Shallcross has made presentations at the first PA Guardianship Reform Summit and has appeared numerous times on PCN cable television, local cable networks and on various radio shows across the Commonwealth as a guest speaker on scams and identity theft as well as crimes against older adults. In his career of over 40 years in public safety Mr. Shallcross has received numerous awards including, the Sheriff’s Commendation of Valor for the rescue of a man from a dwelling fire (1988), Award of Merit and the F.O.P. Outstanding Service Award for the quick apprehension of an armed bank robbery and shooting suspect (2003), PA Crime Prevention Officer of the Year (2010 & 2015) and received the PA 3rd Senatorial District ‘Community Involvement Award’ (2013).
Mr. Shallcross was an Honor Graduate of the PA Deputy Sheriff’s Academy at the Dickinson School of Law; he has also attended specialized training with the U.S. Marshal’s Service and the FBI. He is a member of the U.S. Secret Service Cybercrimes Task Force in Philadelphia and is a certified instructor in Community Crime Prevention by The PA Commission on Crime & Delinquency. David holds seats on the executive boards of the PA Crime Prevention Officers’ Association and the Bucks County Heroes Scholarship Fund and past Vice President of the Fraternal Order of Police Lodge #PA-53 and is a founding member of the Pa Community Safety Alliance

Anthony L. Marone, Esq.

Mr. Marone is a partner of Harvey, Ballard, and Bornstein, L.L.C. and has extensive experience representing elderly and disabled individuals in a variety of matters involving Medical Assistance benefits, wills and trusts, estate planning, decedents’ estates, guardianship, and Special Needs Trusts. He has pursued cases on behalf of his clients in a variety of forums including Orphans’ Court, Pennsylvania’s Commonwealth Court, Federal Court, as well as administrative hearings. He successfully litigated matters involving Medicaid Qualifying Annuities, Medical Assistance eligibility, eligibility of aliens for public benefits, distributions from Special Needs Trusts, and guardianships of intellectually disabled and mentally ill individuals. Prior to joining Harvey, Ballard, and Bornstein, L.L.C., Mr. Marone was a partner at McAndrews, Mehalick, Connolly, Hulse, Marone, and Ryan. He joined McAndrews in 2014 as an associate, focusing on elder law and Special Needs Trust matters, and was eventually named a partner. Prior to 2014, he was an Assistant Counsel in the Office of General Counsel to the Governor of Pennsylvania. For seven years he represented various agencies of the Department of Public Welfare and was the Department’s primary litigator and appellate attorney for both Medical Assistance Long-Term Care issues and Special Needs Trusts issues in all the counties of eastern Pennsylvania. He advised the Department on numerous policy decisions and reviewed multiple bills from the Pennsylvania Legislature. Mr. Marone was a sole practicing attorney in Philadelphia prior to joining the Department and has extensive experience in wills, estates, probate, guardianship, bankruptcy, and family law matters. Mr. Marone served as a member of the Pennsylvania Army National Guard from 1984 to 2007. His military specialty was intelligence analysis, and he held a top-secret security clearance. After the September 11th terrorist attacks, Mr. Marone was deployed overseas as part of Operation Enduring Freedom and was responsible for analyzing the threat situation, tracking terrorist activities, advising the Command on multiple operations, and security. He was also mobilized with the Pennsylvania Guard for every natural disaster in southeastern Pennsylvania from 1984 to 2007 and was deployed to Louisiana for Operation Katrina Relief. He retired from the military in 2007. Mr. Marone is an active member of the Pennsylvania Association of Elder Law Attorneys (PAELA). He was named the 2023 PAELA person of the year. Mr. Marone continually lectures at venues across Central and Eastern Pennsylvania. He is a frequent speaker on Special Needs Trust and Medicaid issues for the Pennsylvania Bar Institute and PAELA. Mr. Marone is a lifelong resident of Philadelphia. He is retired from the military and is a veteran. Mr. Marone remains active in veterans’ issues and is a member of several veteran’s organizations.

Mark J. Newell, Esq.

Mr. Newell is Senior Counsel with the Governor’s Office of General Counsel, Department of Human Services (“DHS”).He has been a member of the DHS Southeast Regional Legal Office for more than twenty-five years. Mr. Newell’s practice areas include Medical Assistance – Long Term Care (“MA-LTC”) and Special Needs Trusts (“SNTs”).Mr. Newell’s previous experience with DHS included working as an Administrative Law Judge for the Department’s Bureau of Hearings and Appeals. For more than two decades, Mr. Newell has lectured for the Pennsylvania Bar Institute, county bar associations and other entities on various issues associated with MA-LTC eligibility and SNTs. Mr. Newell received his B.A. from Temple University and his J.D. from the Temple University School of Law.

Robert K. Schweitzer, Esq., CELA

Mr. Schweitzer is a certified elder law attorney (CELA) and an Associate Attorney with Julian Gray Associates in Pittsburgh. He received his Bachelor of Arts, magna cum laude, from Westminster College in New Wilmington, Pennsylvania. He received his Juris Doctor from the University of Pittsburgh School of Law. He focuses his practice on counseling individuals and families with respect to estate and long-term care planning as well as trust and estate administration. He currently serves on the board for the PBI Elder law Section and the Pennsylvania Association of Elder Law Attorneys. Prior to joining Julian Gray Associates, Mr. Schweitzer practiced for a mid-sized law firm in Pittsburgh in the Estates and Trust Services Group. Mr. Schweitzer has experience in litigating commercial, construction, securities and professional liability matters. He is recognized as a Pennsylvania Super Lawyer and in Best Lawyers in America.

Dana M. Breslin, Esq., CELA

Dana M. Breslin is a graduate of Villanova University School of Law. She began the Senior Citizens’ Project at Delaware County Legal Assistance Association, which was one of the first in the country. Ten years later she went into private practice with her husband, Robert J. Breslin and mentor, Robert F. Pappano. The firm is now known as Breslin, Murphy Roberts, P.C. Dana became a Certified Elder Law Attorney {CELA) of the National Elder Law Foundation in May 1996. Her practice concentrates on Elder Law, Estate Drafting and Administration. She is a Fellow with the American College of Trust Estate Counsel {ACTEC). She has been an active member with the Pennsylvania Bar Association Elder Law Section as well as the Real Property Probate Trust Section. She is a frequent lecturer with the Pennsylvania Bar Institute. She is a member of NAELA, PAELA, and the Delaware County Estate Planning Council. She is a past Board Member of Senior Community Service and currently is on the Advisory Board of the Delaware County Office of Services for the Aging.

Lesley Smith Oakes, Esq.

Ms. Oakes returned to the Department of Human Services, where she was previously employed, after 14 years in private practice. She concentrated her practice in social security disability, contract and estate law, in addition to serving as a Mental Health Review Officer for the Orphans’ Court of Philadelphia, appointed by the Honorable Alex Bonavitacola in 2000. Her current practice is concentrated in the areas of medical assistance long-term care eligibility, trusts, third party liability and guardianship. Ms. Oakes is licensed to practice in Pennsylvania. She received her B.A. from the University of Richmond, paralegal certification from Villanova University, and J.D. from Widener University School of Law. Ms. Oakes has been a member of the Pennsylvania Bar Association since 1994.

Katherine C. Pearson

Katherine C. Pearson is a Professor of Law and the Arthur L. and Sandra S. Piccone Faculty Scholar at Penn State Dickinson Law in Carlisle, Pennsylvania. Her scholarship focuses on laws and policies connected to aging and she has frequently included age-related issues in her teaching of courses on contract law, conflicts of law and nonprofit organizations law. She is the author of articles and chapters on access to justice, senior living options including continuing care and life plan communities, long-term care financing and filial obligations, and is the co-author of a treatise, The Law of Financial Abuse and Exploitation (Bisel 2011). She authored chapters for the Research Handbook on Law, Society and Ageing, published in 2024 as part of a series on law and society handbooks offered by international publisher Edward Elgar. She is a 2024-2025 Fulbright Scholar in Canada and was in residence at the University of Ottawa in the Fall of 2024 as the Research Chair in Health Law, Policy and Ethics. Her earlier experience as a U.S. Fulbright Scholar (based at the Queen’s University Belfast, Northern Ireland, and working in Ireland, Portugal, and the U.K. in 2009-10), resulted in publications, including an article with an international, historical perspective on ethical concerns for attorneys representing older adults, entitled “The Lesson of the Irish Family Pub,” published by Stetson Law Review. Adam Cohen, Esq.

Adam Cohen, Esquire is an attorney with Mette, Evans, & Woodside in their Bucks County office. A significant portion of Adam’s practice is devoted to assisting disabled individuals and their families find creative solutions to difficult problems they face now and into the future. Much of his work revolves around guardianships and special needs planning, as well as special needs trust administration. Adam received his JD from the University of Pittsburgh School of Law. He has previously presented continuing education materials in Pennsylvania and New Jersey on topics including complex guardianship issues, special needs trust administration, and protecting injury settlements for minors and incapacitated persons.

Jennifer L. Ellis, Esq.

Jennifer Ellis is an attorney licensed to practice law in Pennsylvania and the principal of Jennifer Ellis, JD, LLC, a law practice management and technology consulting firm. Her legal practice focuses on ethics, and her consulting work assists lawyers and legal organizations with technology selection, implementation, and risk management, including cybersecurity and the practical use of artificial intelligence in legal practice.
Jennifer has extensive experience in legal education and professional development and has worked closely with bar associations and continuing legal education providers on the development and presentation of programs for lawyers at all stages of practice. She regularly speaks and writes on legal ethics, law practice management, and emerging technology issues, with an emphasis on helping lawyers evaluate new tools realistically and responsibly. Victoria L. White, Esq.

Ms. White is currently Ethics Counsel to the Pennsylvania Bar Association. As Ethics Counsel, Ms. White responds to Ethics Hotline inquiries from PBA members who have questions concerning the impact of the provisions of the Pennsylvania Rules of Professional Conduct upon their own prospective conduct. Ms. White also assists the PBA’s Legal Ethics and Professional Responsibility Committee, which issues written ethics opinions and reviews and recommends proposals for changes to the Pennsylvania Rules of Professional Conduct. In addition to staffing the Ethics Committee, Ms. White is the staff liaison to the PBA Civility in the Profession Committee. She also serves as the Associate Editor of the Pennsylvania Ethics Handbook, a useful guide to the professional responsibility obligations of practicing Pennsylvania lawyers. Prior to joining the PBA, Ms. White served as Assistant Counsel for the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania State Ethics Commission, practiced for several years in the private sector, and was a staff attorney in the solicitor’s office for a local municipality. Ms. White received her B.A. from Franklin & Marshall College and her J.D. from American University, Washington College of Law.

Chari M. Alson, Esq., CELA

Ms. Alson is Certified as an Elder Law Attorney by the National Elder Law Foundation and practices with the law firm of Anderson Elder Law, P.C. based in Media, Pennsylvania. She has been practicing in the areas of trust and estate administration, estate planning, and elder law since 2003. Ms. Alson received her juris doctor degree from Temple University, her Masters in Public Health and a Gerontology Certificate from Boston University School of Public Health, her Bachelor of Arts from Rutgers University – New Brunswick, and holds the Certified Trust and Financial Advisor designation. Ms. Alson is a member of NAELA and PAELA, is a Co-Chair of the Delaware County Bar Association Elder Law Committee, a co-Editor of the Delaware County Elder Law Handbook, a co-Editor of the Pennsylvania Bar Association Elder Law Section Newsletter, an editorial board member of NAELA News, and is a board member of the Chester County Estate Planning Council.

Tammy A. Weber, Esq., CELA

Ms. Weber is the managing principal of Marshall, Parker Weber, LLC (www.paelderlaw.com) with offices in Williamsport, Plains, and Jersey Shore, Pennsylvania. Her practice focuses on elder law, estate and business succession planning. She graduated magna cum laude from Lycoming College and received her law degree from Temple University. She is a certified elder law attorney (CELA) by the National Elder Law Foundation. She is also a VA accredited attorney for the preparation, presentation, and prosecution of claims for veterans’ benefits before the Department of Veterans Affairs. She previously served as an Assistant United States Attorney for the Eastern District of Pennsylvania where she was involved with major federal investigations and prosecutions. While in this position, she was the recipient of the Department of Health Human Services Inspector General’s Integrity Award for the investigation and criminal conviction of the first Medicare money laundering seizure case in the country. Ms. Weber has also served as an adjunct professor at Saint Joseph’s University Graduate Criminal Justice Program where she designed and taught a course on law and social policy. For several years, she sat on the editorial board of the Legal intelligencer. Ms. Weber is President of the Pennsylvania Association of Elder Law Attorneys (“PAELA”). She is Past Chair of the Pennsylvania Bar Association’s Elder Law Section and serves on Council, Chair of the Lycoming Law Association’s Community Activities and Outreach Committee, and Past President of the Lycoming Law Association. Ms. Weber is Immediate Past Chair of the First Community Foundation Partnership of Pennsylvania (“FCFP”) and a Trustee for Lycoming College, Williamsport PA. She is a member of the Northcentral Pennsylvania Estate Planner’s Council and the National Academy of Elder Law Attorneys (“NAELA”). She also serves on the Ethics Advisory Board for Albright LIFE.

Linda M. Anderson, Esq., CELA

Linda M. Anderson is the founder and principal of Anderson Elder Law, a firm in Media, PA serving clients of all ages throughout the Delaware Valley. She is dedicated to helping individuals and families navigate legal, financial, and medical issues related to elder law, estate planning, and long-term care and special needs planning. Ms. Anderson has over 30 years of experience in the elder law field and is a Certified Elder Law Attorney, as conferred by the National Elder Law Foundation and authorized by the Pennsylvania Supreme Court.
