The Questions Everyone Asks About Guns—And What the Data Says

This session takes a data-driven look at the realities behind these frequently debated questions. Using research and crime data, Jonathan S. Goldstein, Esq., a nationally recognized firearms law instructor and practitioner, examines how federal and Pennsylvania firearms laws developed, why they are structured the way they are, and how they operate in practice today.

Designed for practitioners seeking a deeper understanding of the “why” behind Pennsylvania’s firearms framework—as well as attorneys interested in firearms policy—this program provides a clear look at the current landscape of firearm regulation.
