Overview

Title insurance problems don’t surface at closing — they surface months or years later, when the stakes are higher and the file is harder to defend.

This practical, risk-focused program examines the real-world title insurance issues that generate claims, disputes, and malpractice exposure in Pennsylvania real estate transactions. Whether you represent buyers, sellers, lenders, or serve as closing counsel, understanding how title coverage works — and where it does not — is critical to protecting your clients and your practice.

If you close real estate transactions, review title commitments, or advise clients on insurability, this program will sharpen your practice and help prevent costly post-closing surprises.

Recorded in April 2026.
