Meredith J. Brennan, Esq.
Ms. Brennan is a partner at Momjian Anderer LLC, a Philadelphia-based family law firm. Ms. Brennan is the former Chair of the Philadelphia Bar Association’s Family Law Section and a member of its Executive Committee. She served as a Council Member for the Pennsylvania State Bar Association’s Family Law Section and is a Co-Chair of the Section’s Legislative Committee. Ms. Brennan is a frequent volunteer for Philadelphia’s Volunteers for the Indigent Program. Ms. Brennan has published numerous articles on a variety of family law topics in The Legal Intelligencer, Pennsylvania Law Weekly, The Matrimonial Strategist, and others. She has lectured on custody, support, and divorce issues for the Pennsylvania Bar Institute and local and state bar associations, as well as at the Pennsylvania Conference of State Trial Judges. She was selected as one of Pennsylvania’s “Lawyers on the Fast Track” by The Legal Intelligencer and Pennsylvania Law Weekly in 2006; she has been named a “Pennsylvania Super Lawyer” since 2017; and previously a “Pennsylvania Super Lawyers Rising Star” by Philadelphia Magazine every year since 2005. She is licensed to practice in Pennsylvania and New Jersey.
Gabriella Lacitignola, Esq.
Gabriella Lacitignola is an Associate Attorney at Materese Family Law, P.C. and offers representation in all family matters, including custody, divorce, spousal and child support, and protection from abuse. She also previously served five years as an Assistant District Attorney at the Montgomery County District Attorney’s Office. As an Assistant District Attorney, Gabi represented the Commonwealth in hundreds of cases, litigating both bench and jury trials, preliminary hearings, and other types of pre-trial hearings, which allowed her to foster her skills as a trial attorney. Notably, she was served in the Family Protection Unit, where she investigated, charged, and prosecuted child sexual abuse and domestic violence cases. Gabi is admitted to practice in the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania and is an active member of the Pennsylvania and Montgomery Bar Associations.
Caitlin Foley, Esq.
Caitlin Foley, Esq. is a family law attorney at Obermayer, Rebmann, Maxwell and Hippel LLP, practicing in Montgomery, Chester, and Bucks Counties. Outside of her work with Obermayer, Caitlin frequently takes pro-bono cases with the Montgomery County Child Advocacy project and represents children involved in dependency or criminal matters. She has been recognized as a “Rising Star” by Pennsylvania Super Lawyers and as “One to Watch” by Best Lawyers in America. She is a trained Divorce & Custody Mediator by the Pennsylvania Council of Mediators. She focuses her practice exclusively on family law, handling divorce, custody, support, property division, protection from abuse, guardianship, and adoption matters.
Ashley Coleman, Esq.
Ashley Coleman represents individuals and families in complex and sensitive family law matters, providing compassionate and effective advocacy focused on achieving practical, efficient resolutions. Her practice encompasses a broad range of family law services, including divorce, equitable distribution of assets, child custody and visitation, child and spousal support, adoption, and matters involving domestic violence and protection from abuse. With several years of experience in family law, Ashley advises clients on prenuptial, postnuptial, cohabitation agreements, and regularly guides clients through mediation and arbitration options designed to minimize litigation and promote cooperative outcomes. She also counsels clients in nontraditional family structures and matters involving grandparents’ rights, ensuring that every client receives tailored legal guidance aligned with their family dynamics and long-term goals.
Ashley also serves as a Court-Appointed Guardian ad Litem in Montgomery County, Pennsylvania, advocating for the best interests of children involved in complex custody disputes. Her work reflects a deep commitment to protecting children and supporting families during challenging transitions.
