This program is eligible for 3 hours of CLE credit, including 1 hour of ethics, in 60-minute states. In 50-minute states, this program is eligible for 3.6 hours of CLE credit, including 1.2 ethics. Credit hours are estimated and are subject to each state’s approval and credit rounding rules.

Faculty
Virginia M. King, Esq.
Virginia is the Founder and Managing Member of ViKing Law, a personal injury and business law firm located in Newtown, Bucks County, Pennsylvania. Prior to opening ViKing Law, Virginia was an insurance defense attorney for 17 years and a partner at a national defense firm in Philadelphia. She has won several personal injury trials and arbitrations, both as a defense attorney and while serving as plaintiff’s counsel. Her main practice areas include automobile, bicycle, and premises liability, construction accidents, bad faith, defamation, consumer protection, and product defects. In 2023 she won the Women Entrepreneurs Award from Best Vendor, has been a Super Lawyer every year since 2020, and a Rising Star almost every year prior since 2013. Virginia graduated from Temple University Beasley School of Law in 2005, and University of Miami with a Bachelor of Business in 2002. She is an executive committee member for the Leukemia Lymphoma Society eastern division “Light the Night Walk” and “Big Climb” events in Bucks County and Philadelphia.
Kevin D. Rauch, Esq.
An accomplished trial lawyer, Kevin Rauch has served as Managing Partner of the Harrisburg office of Summers, McDonnell, Hudock, Guthrie & Rauch, PC since its opening in 2003. Kevin handles a wide range of cases, having tried over 100 of them to verdict in both federal and state courts throughout the Commonwealth. Additionally, he has argued before the Pennsylvania Superior and Supreme Courts, as well as the federal appellate courts. Mr. Rauch serves as outside counsel for a number of area businesses in matters ranging from business planning, contract negotiation, employee relations, licensing and conflict resolution. He is also a member of the Capital Region Advisory Board of S&T Bank. He is a graduate of Washington and Lee University School of Law, J.D., and Allegheny County, B.A. He is admitted to practice in Pennsylvania and before the U.S. District Courts of the Western, Middle, and Eastern Districts.
Timothy Shollenberger, Esq.
Mr. Shollenberger lives in Mechanicsburg with his wife, Marissa, and their children, Ryan and Jessica. He graduated summa cum laude from Dickinson College in 1978 and then attained his J.D. from the Dickinson School of Law in 1981. He has been continuously licensed to practice law since October 27, 1981. Mr. Shollenberger joined the law firm of Meyers, Desfor, and Ronca in 1981 and became a partner in the firm in 1985, which was then renamed Meyers, Desfor, and Shollenberger. He held this position until founding the Law Offices of Timothy A. Shollenberger on November 1, 1993. In 1997, he and Mr. Januzzi entered into the partnership now known as Shollenberger and Januzzi, LLP. Mr. Shollenberger has been selected for admission into both the Million and Multi-Million Dollar Advocate Forums. Membership in the Million Dollar Advocates Forum is limited to those lawyers who have achieved verdicts and or/settlements of a million dollars or more for one or more clients. Membership in the Multi-Million Dollar Advocates Forum recognizes lawyers who have obtained a verdict and or/settlement of $2 million or more.
Attorney Shollenberger has attained a well-earned reputation as a staunch advocate for his clients. He has tried personal injury cases to verdict in seven different counties and the Middle District of Pennsylvania. He has arbitrated many more cases in various counties across the Commonwealth. He has successfully handled major cases for injured motorists and motorcyclists, as well as people injured because of medical malpractice and defective products. In his career, he has attained numerous six-figure settlements and, in 2003, 2005, and 2011, seven-figure settlements on behalf of injured clients. He has developed a referral practice in which other attorneys who do not handle personal injury cases themselves refer those cases to him. Mr. Shollenberger has also attained statewide recognition for his work in educating other attorneys. He currently lectures for the Pennsylvania Bar Institute on personal injury law. He has co-authored two widely regarded publications on important personal injury issues, including “Pennsylvania Motor Vehicle Insurance, An Analysis of the Financial Responsibility Law” and “Pennsylvania Personal Injury Subrogation Handbook”. Mr. Shollenberger has also served the legal community in other ways. For many years, he worked tirelessly for the Pennsylvania Trial Lawyers Association, attaining its highest office, President, in 2000-2001. The Association bestowed upon him two of its most prestigious awards, the Milton D. Rosenberg Award for his leadership, work, and devotion to the Association, and the Community Service Award in recognition of his outstanding work in the community. Attorney Shollenberger is a member of the Pennsylvania, Cumberland, and Dauphin County Bar Associations as well as the Pennsylvania and American Association for Justice.
Adam Wolfe
Mr. Wolfe has been selected for admission into the Million Dollar and Multi-Million Dollar Advocates Forums. Membership in the Million Dollar Advocates Forum is limited to those lawyers who have achieved verdicts and/or settlements of a million dollars or more in a case, for one or more clients. Membership in the Multi-Million Dollar Advocates Forum recognizes lawyers who have obtained verdicts and/or settlements of $2 million dollars or more. In addition, he has been selected as a Top 100 Pennsylvania Civil Plaintiff Trial Lawyer for 2017–2025 and previously as a Top 40 Under 40 in the State of Pennsylvania by The National Trial Lawyers. The National Trial Lawyers Top 100 and Top 40 Under 40 are invitation-only organizations composed of the premier trial lawyers from each state or region. Selection is based on a thorough multi-phase objective and uniformly applied process, which includes peer nominations combined with third-party research. For the past six years, Mr. Wolfe has been selected as a Super Lawyer after eleven consecutive years as a Super Lawyers Rising Star (by Pennsylvania Super Lawyers and Philadelphia Magazine). Wolfe. He has also been recognized as a “Select Lawyer” by Susquehanna Style Magazine and a “Local Legal Leader” by Harrisburg Magazine. These selections are based on peer nomination and achievements in personal injury and automobile accident law, as well as insurance coverage. Mr. Wolfe began his career as an associate with Shollenberger & Januzzi. In January 2009, Mr. Wolfe became a partner in the firm, and in July 2012, he was named Managing Partner. Mr. Wolfe is a 2002 graduate of York College, where he was a member of the national political science and business honors fraternities. He received his Juris Doctor degree from Widener University School of Law in 2005, where he was an academic fellow and served as a senior staff member of the Widener Law Journal (Law Review). While at Widener, Mr. Wolfe served as a legal intern for a large nonprofit children’s organization, Philadelphia Safe and Sound. Mr. Wolfe has been a frequent lecturer for the Pennsylvania Bar Institute and National Business Institute, educating other lawyers about automobile accident law and other topics related to injury cases and civil litigation. He also teaches seminars for the Pennsylvania Association for Justice and is a guest lecturer at Widener University School of Law in Harrisburg on the topics of Pennsylvania civil procedure and legal writing.
Mr. Wolfe is also the co-author of a chapter in the Pennsylvania Bar Institute publication Fee Agreements in Pennsylvania. The chapter examines fee agreements in personal injury cases. Mr. Wolfe has been appointed to the executive committee for the Board of Governors of the Pennsylvania Association for Justice (formerly Pennsylvania Trial Lawyers Association). He is a long-serving member of the Advisory Board for the Penn State Hershey Children’s Miracle Network, having just completed a two-year term as chairperson. Mr. Wolfe coordinates the giving and volunteering program at Shollenberger, Januzzi & Wolfe, LLP. Mr. Wolfe is a member of the American Bar Association, the Pennsylvania Bar Association, the Dauphin County and Cumberland County Bar Associations, the National Organization of Social Security Claimants’ Representatives, and the Pennsylvania Association for Justice (formerly the Pennsylvania Trial Lawyers Association). He is admitted to practice in the Supreme Court of Pennsylvania and the U.S. District Courts for the Middle and Eastern Districts of Pennsylvania.
Mr. Wolfe was born and raised in Selinsgrove and currently resides in Mechanicsburg with his wife, Jill, and son, Declan.
