Overview

Make your ethics credits count before the year ends. This practical, Pennsylvania-focused program takes a closer look at the rules and responsibilities that shape lawyers’ everyday practice - and the areas where even experienced attorneys can get into trouble.

Explore competence, confidentiality, supervision, candor, and other critical Pennsylvania requirements, with discussion of how emerging technologies, AI, and digital workflows are creating new ethical challenges. The program will focus on practical guidance to help lawyers avoid disciplinary issues, malpractice exposure, and harm to clients.

The program will also close with an update on the newly released 2026 Patrick Krill lawyer mental health study, examining what the latest data tells us about lawyer well-being, the profession, and the connection between lawyer wellness and ethical, effective practice.

Earn all 3 credits in ethics while getting a timely, practical review of the rules every Pennsylvania lawyer should know - and probably does not.
