Overview

Cybersecurity is more than an IT issue - it’s an ethical responsibility. As AI-powered scams, sophisticated phishing, and wire fraud increasingly target law firms, attorneys must understand their professional obligations to protect client confidentiality and safeguard sensitive information. This program explores the ethical duties governing law firm cybersecurity, practical steps to reduce risk, and the responsibilities that arise when a breach occurs. Learn how to recognize emerging threats, strengthen your firm’s security practices, and navigate ethical and legal obligations when client information is compromised.
