This program is eligible for 1 hour of CLE credit in 60-minute states. In 50-minute states, this program is eligible for 1.2 hours of CLE credit. Credit hours are estimated and are subject to each state’s approval and credit rounding rules.
Overview
This session will review changes to the PAR listing, buyer agency and the Agreement of Sale forms in use around the state and changes to the brokerage practice after the National Association of Realtors class action settlement.

Kacy A. Clouser, Esq.
Kacy Clouser is associate counsel for the Pennsylvania Association of Realtors®. As counsel, she is one of the voices that you will hear when calling the PAR Legal Hotline. She is the liaison to the Standard Forms Committee and Standard Forms Feedback Panel. Kacy also works with other PAR contracts and educates our members at the local and state level on legal issues and the PAR forms. Kacy is a graduate of Franklin & Marshall College and Widener University School of Law. She has been admitted to the Pennsylvania Bar since 2015 and has been with PAR since 2019. Prior to joining PAR, Kacy worked as in-house counsel for a multi-tiered corporation. She also has experience in general civil litigation in private practice.
