This Pennsylvania Family Law Citator is a compilation of family law issues dating back to 1975. Most of the cases reported are appellate court decisions, including those of the Superior and Supreme Courts of Pennsylvania, and in some instances, the Commonwealth Court, as well as federal court cases.
This publication presents a wide range of support cases dating back to non-support cases that were in the nature of a quasi-criminal proceeding, through the most recent cases. Custody cases range from the abolition of the “tender years” presumption through cases decided under the Equal Rights Amendment and cases dealing with the rights of third parties in custody cases.
This book also includes cases in which the law has not changed, but that predate the enactment of the Divorce Code. The purpose of this publication is to highlight the law of the case. It is intended as a helpful reference in locating a case embracing a subject/topical area.
