About

This session will focus on how implicit bias can influence judges, prosecutors, defense attorneys, probation officers and jurors at various stages in the criminal litigation process.  We will discuss how our criminal justice system treats prisoners as unworthy of dignity, and how that bias translates into sentencing decisions and prison conditions.
