Faculty

Joanna Papazekos

Judge Papazekos was appointed as an Administrative Law Judge in 2010. Since that time, she has served in offices throughout the state and has mentored several judges. Prior to her appointment, Judge Papazekos was an associate in the Pittsburgh firm of Caroselli Beachler McTiernan & Conboy, from 1995 to 2010. Her practice was concentrated in representing claimants in the area of Social Security Disability throughout Western Pennsylvania. She was named a Pennsylvania Rising Star Super Lawyer yearly from 2006 to 2010. Judge Papazekos received her degrees from both Chatham College and Dickinson School of Law. She has lectured for PBI regularly, throughout Pennsylvania, regarding Social Security issues to both attorneys and non-attorneys alike.

Ashish Agrawal Esq.

Mr. Agrawal is a
senior associate at the Philadelphia law firm of Chermol & Fishman,
LLC practicing in Social Security and Personal Injury matters. At Chermol
& Fishman, LLC, he oversees Disability cases from the initial
applications to appealing the administrative decisions in Federal
Court. Prior to joining Chermol & Fishman, LLC, Mr. Agrawal
worked for a personal injury firm where he oversaw matters in toxic tort,
products liability, and mass torts. He is admitted to the bars of
Pennsylvania, New Jersey, and the Eastern District of Pennsylvania. Mr.
Agrawal graduated from Rutgers University, School of Law in Camden, NJ in
2013 where he was very active in the school’s civil practice clinic where he
handled matters in Social Security, Immigration, Contract Disputes and Family
Law. Mr. Agrawal is fluent in Hindi, Gujarati and Marathi.

Michael V. Quatrini, Esq.

Mr. Quatrini is an attorney with Quatrini Law Group, working out of the firm’s offices in Greensburg, Pittsburgh, Latrobe, and Altoona. He represents individuals in claims for Workers’ Compensation, Veterans Disability Compensation and Social Security Disability/SSI. Mr. Quatrini is admitted to practice before the courts of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania, the United States District Court for the Western District of Pennsylvania, United States Court of Appeals for Veterans Claims, Social Security Administration, and the Department of Veterans Affairs. He is an active member of, and speaker for, two national organizations, the National Organization of Social Security Claimants’ Representatives (NOSSCR) and the Workers’ Injury Law & Advocacy Group (WILG).
