Pennsylvania’s Medical Assistance Estate Recovery Program collects approximately $50 million dollars annually from the estates of deceased recipients of Medicaid long-term care benefits.  W. Scott Foster, Esq. Sarah Bjorkman, and Robert C. Gerhard, III Esq. will walk you through the estate recovery process from beginning to end sharing practical tips on how you can secure the best results for your clients.
