As our society becomes more and more mobile, our trusts have become increasingly mobile, too. As beneficiaries, trustees and trusts themselves move, how does that affect which court(s) have jurisdiction over the trust? This session will discuss how courts address this issue, possible traps and pitfalls that can occur and how they can be avoided.
